Rental period: The rental period begins at the agreed-upon start time and ends at the agreed-upon end time. Late returns may result in additional fees.

Payment: A deposit is required to reserve a boat rental. The remaining balance is due at the start of the rental period.
 
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made within a certain time period may result in a cancellation fee. The exact policy may vary based on the type of rental and rental period.
 
Boat operation: The Captain should respect the wishes of the renter concerning the planned itinerary and usage of the boat. Nevertheless, the renter should respect the captain's decisions concerning safety and usage of the boat. Only authorized passengers are allowed to board the boat.
 
Safety equipment: All passengers are required to know where all provided life jackets are at all times while on the boat. The Captain is responsible for ensuring that all safety equipment is on board and in good condition.
 
Damage: The renter is responsible for any damage to the boat or equipment of his usage during the rental period. 
 
Weather: The rental company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a rental due to inclement weather or unsafe boating conditions.
 
Prohibited activities: The following activities are prohibited while sailing the boat: drinking alcohol, using illegal substances, operating the boat while under the influence, and exceeding the boat's maximum capacity.
 
Liability waiver: The renter will be required to sign a liability waiver before renting the boat.
